Upcoming Design Changes to Compensatory Equity Plans
On February 22, 2007, the California Corporations Commissioner proposed additional changes to the regulations relating to compensatory benefit plans. Notice of the proposed rule making was originally published in the November 3, 2006 California Register (No. 2006, No. 44-Z).
